UPDATE REGARDING
SETTLEMENT FACILITY OFFICES
IN HOUSTON, TEXAS
Power
to the Settlement Facility offices in Houston, Texas has been restored and the
offices will be reopening today, Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Fortunately, the
offices did not suffer any apparent damage other than the power outage that
lasted for the past 10 days. The staff is still checking all files and systems
thoroughly to make sure no data was lost.
Please
resend any emails that you sent to the SF-DCT offices from September 10th
through September 22, 2008.
We
are informed that the MDL-926 Claims Office will also re-open today, Tuesday,
September 23rd as well.
