DISTRICT COURT APPROVES PREMIUM PAYMENTS
Today -- June 24, 2021 -- the District Court entered an Order authorizing the Settlement Facility to make the final premium payments to claimants in Classes 5, 6.1, and 6.2 who have an approved Rupture, Disease, and/or Increased Severity Disease claim. We will post the Order to our website (www.tortcomm.org).
All claimants must contact the Settlement Facility to verify their current address. We ask that you DO NOT call them if you have email access because this will overwhelm their offices and cause delay. Send them an email to: info@sfdct.com and give them your current address where payment can be mailed.
Please note that your payment will NOT be mailed until you verify your address.
We will post more information on the payment process as soon as it is available.
If you would like to read prior CAC e-newsletters, they are available on the CAC website by clicking on "Electronic Newsletter." We urge you to visit the CAC website (www.tortcomm.org) on a regular basis to download or view relevant documents and read updates and new information.
