CAC Files Petition for Rehearing and Rehearing En Banc before the US Court of Appeals for the 6^th Circuit on the Disability A Decision

 

 

On Friday, December 31, 2010, the CAC filed a Petition for Rehearing and Rehearing En Banc before the Court of Appeals. En banc means that the CAC has requested that the entire panel of judges on the 6^th Circuit hear the appeal. A copy of the Petition is available on the CAC website (www.tortcomm.org).
